ก่อตั้งธุรกิจเมื่อวันที่ 30 มีนาคม 2552 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เริ่มแรกให้บริการด้านจัดหากำลังพล,จัดหาอุปกรณ์,และบริการงานซ่อมบำรุงให้กับลูกค้า ต่อมาได้ขยายดำเนินกิจการเพิ่มด้านวิศวกรรมในงานโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อรองรับความต้องการลูกค้าที่เพิ่มขึ้น
